➊ Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours and budgets.
➋ Making technical interviews with developers and designer in order to hire them in projects
➌ prepare required documentation for development team, including technical docs
➍ assign, receive and followup tasks belong to technical members (developers and designers)
➎ Test achieved tasks and projects against desired requirements
Addition to development and design:
● Manage mobile apps projects (iOS, Android, Windows Phone and Windows). This includes cost negotiation, time management, quality assurance, testing process.
● Developing native iOS apps.
● Developing web related solutions (like APIs and web services).
● Managing approval process for App Store.
● Participating in UI design and sketching.
● Handling implementation of new remaining features.
● Ensuring that coding functional elements finished by deadline.
● Analyze and design database systems
● Work with other team members to investigate design approaches, prototype new technology and evaluate technical feasibility
● Develop web 2.0 apps for external customers
● Develop web applications. This includes UI design and database design
