Consulting with the clients, documentation, Registration and
making contracts of the property. Keeping accounts and record
up to date for further reference.
• Supervise all administrative duties for home laser and lease
transactions from contract to close
• Ensure inspections are scheduled and assist with negotiating
and completing any necessary repairs
• Make sure the lessor’s offer and counteroffers get approved by
the seller to ensure a smooth real estate sales process
• Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures
and dates, so the transaction process goes smoothly
• Enter client information into the client database system and
submit appropriate documentation to the office broker for file
compliance and keep track of transaction activity
• Act as liaison between real estate agents, clients, attorneys, and
lenders.
• Communicate regularly with the client to send them reminders,
check in.
• Communicate with the lessor several times throughout the
transaction.
• Coordinate closing date, time, and location and notify all
parties.
• Responsible in receiving/answering phone call inquiries,
emails and coordinate it to designating agent
• Making tenancy contract for rentals, Form A, NOC letter
• Assisting the tenant for move in or vacating the property
• Preparing corresponding letters and meetings
• Preparing daily reports for Call Tracking, Email leads and
others.
• Interact /Coordinate with clients, owners, tenants and handle
their requirements.
• Responsible for organizing all the files for the company
• Handling confidential files in the office
• Assisting the property consultants, clients, and landlord in the
middle of meetings
• Responsible for other duties as assigned
