Oversee the Sewing facility to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Manage the different department in the sewing facility, including reporting of injuries, investigations, appropriate documentation, training, procedure etc.
Establish and implement preventive measures to improve the Outgoing Quality Level (OQL).
Maintain a safe work environment by ensuring company and SA8000 requirements are met. Collaborate with Health and Safety to continue to grow the safety culture and awareness.
Work with Production Plan to plan the work for the facility to meet planned inventory levels. Plan each day’s work flow through the facility.
Monitor work area for staffing demands and hiring as needed.
