Responsibilities Monitoring and supervision of G+3 Residential buildings
construction activities.
Review work schedules and delegating work tasks.
Organizing construction materials and negotiating vendor contracts
Gathering data and writing site reports and other necessary work
documentation.
Collaborating with clients, construction crews, subcontractors and other
professionals.
Coordination with the architectural agency, structural consultants, and
other consultants for completion of the scheduled work in time and
quality.
Submit the daily reports of the site to the Head Office and report the
progress of work to the chief engineer.
Coordinate between all the agencies involved to achieve continuous
progress at work.
Projects: Electricity Transmission and Distribution projects comprising of construction of 66-11kV Substations and its associated cable works.
Responsibilities:
Review and approval of Contractors Contract documents in-line with Kahramaa requirements.
Review and approval of Contractors Baseline Programs
Review and approval of Contractors Final Price schedule and its breakup.
Review and approval of Contractors Weekly / Monthly Progress Reports.
Monthly Site visits and preparation of Site visit reports to client.
Review and approval of Contractors Monthly Running Invoices.
In case of Delay, request for Recovery program and its Review and recommendation to the client.
Review and approval of Contractors Change orders and finalization of its Variation Orders.
Review and approval of Contractors Extension of Time claims and recommendation to the client.
Presentation of Progress status of works to Client.
Review and finalization of Contract Close out activities.
Preparation of Consultant Monthly Progress Report to Client and follow-up for Invoices.
To act as Focal point of contact to the Client and Contractor.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include Contract Close out activities of
completed Phase-10 projects and to monitor on-going Phase-12 Projects.
Review and finalization of Contract Close out activities of completed Phase-10 projects with respect to time through Extension of Time claims and Price through verification of final measurements.
Review and approval of Contractors Weekly / Monthly Progress Reports.
Monthly Site visits and preparation of Site visit reports to client.
Review and approval of Contractors Monthly Running Invoices.

Client: Qafco, Egypt Hydrocarbon Corporation Role: Assistant Manager Projects: EPC SERVICES FOR CRYOGENIC STORAGES, REFINERIES, FERTILIZER PLANTS. As part of Project Management team, key responsibilities during Project execution involved Monitoring progress of the project, Presentation of Monthly Progress Reports to Management, Change Order process, Interface coordination with all Engineering disciplines and International Vendor Coordination. Other Departmental activities include Being SAP-Administrator (training received from HP-Germany) - Contract set-up in SAP and impart training to all Offices-local and Global (e.g., South Africa, Thailand) & Sites, Estimation/deployment of manpower requirement for the Project during bidding stage, Inputs in working procedures of the Department, Responsible for the Data & Document Control Department - Head office & Sites.
