I am taking care of HR Strategy and operations for more than 2000 employees of Landmark Kuwait retail business. I am heading a team of 6 employees and take care of various HR Policies and processes including Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Appraisal, Organization Development, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations etc.
As an Senior Executive, People Management Team, HR, L&T Power I was responsible for compensation restructuring, rewards and promotions, performance appraisals.
I am working as Manager HR in Murugappa Group in India. I have done post-graduation in Human Resource Management from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) Mumbai and Bachelor of Engineering Electrical Degree from PEC Chandigarh. I started my four years Electrical Engineering in the year 1998 and completed in year 2002. During my eight semesters I studied various subjects like Power Systems, Electrical Circuits, Solid Mechanisms, SCADA, Electrical Materials, Engineering Drawing, Load Flow Studies etc.
