Manage all sales activities and processes, ensure compliance with manufacturer CI standards, manage KPI’s on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, swifly address customer concerns to achieve positive outcomes, communicate directly with the manufacturer and regional office, maintain high standards in the showroom, assist the sales team with lead generation, customer handling and closing sales.
