SmartMill is a company that invests its expertise to create automated systems capable of replacing and surpassing traditional wood processing equipment.

As the Director of Automation, my duties are to:
Submit electrical panels, electrical BOMs and machine architecture.
Planning resource requirements based on project plans, in accordance with the project implementation schedule and the terms of reference and services 24/7
Organize departmental staff meetings and spots to involve each
Optimization and innovation of the components used
Controlling the progress of spots,
Managing changes in collaboration with the project management team
Set annual objectives for the team.
Standardization of machinery programs
Ensure that technological progress is maintained in our solutions
Ensure that health and safety policies and guidelines are followed.
Realizing the prototypes of the Robotics and Vision Systems
Developing the Systems Architecture with the team
Develop documentation with FAT, SAT
Standardization of control panels with our supplier of control panels and power
