Responsible for achieving the company’s goals in expanding to reach 80 branches around the Kingdom by the end of the year 2025, starting with developing a system of strategies and procedures for real estate management, then methods for searching for sites, doing preliminary studies for them, negotiations with real estate owners, concluding contracts, negotiating with contractors, coordinating with all concerned departments and making a management budget Real estate.
مسئول أول عن 5 أقسام وهي ( قسم الرخص والتصاريخ - قسم التصميم والإنشاءات - قسم الصيانة - قسم العقود - قسم التوسعات) من حيث إدارة فرق العمل ، إعداد الميزانيات ، مراجعة العقود ، متابعة ملاك العقارات ، التفاوض مع المقاولين والمكاتب الهندسية ، إعداد خطط الصيانة ... إلخ
المسئول الأول عن تقييم المشاريع الجديدة قبل البدء بشراؤها أو إستئجارها ومن ثم تقديم المقترحات للمكاتب الهندسية من واقع الخبرة ومتطلبات العملاء ومن ثم إعداد خطط التوسيق والتأجير والشرائح المستهدفة والمتابع اليومية لكامل فريق التسويق والتأجير وإدارة الأملاك وإعداد النماذج والميزانيات الخاصة بإدارة الأملاك.
مسئول عن متابعة المهام اليومية لإدارة الممتلكات والتي كانت عبارة عن أسواق تجارية مغلقة ومجمعات سكنية. ووضع الخطط الخاصة بالتسويق والتأجير والصيانة والتحصيل ووضوع الميزانيات .
