Under the guidance and supervision of the department manager I'm responsible for the following
duties:
Attracting new customers and additional business
Preparing the credit proposal
• Industry overview to identify the risks and opportunities in the client's market.
• Analyzing the client's asset conversion cycle to identify the inherent risks, and assess the mitigations for them.
• Evaluating the financial and managerial performance through the financial analysis and ratios
Monitoring the daily transactions over client's accounts
• Fulfill credit approvals to conclude daily transactions
• Encourage the clients to increase their utilization and the transactions directed towards the bank.
• Maintaining permanent good relationships with the clients and prospects to secure a good
turnover for the credit facilities.

Under the guidance and supervision of the Credit Risk Head I'm responsible for the following duties: • Perform fundamental credit risk analysis for credit proposals to financial institutions and corporate counter-parties with all their required contents implying credit analysis, macro and micro analysis with the assessment of default probability & other associated risks. • Perform an in-depth market risk analysis to build and maintain understanding of industry and macroeconomic trends in the countries of operations through monitoring news flow, internal and external research publications. • Assess the risk/return trade-offs associated with transactions or products, set credit limits and ensure appropriateness as well as alignment with corporate hurdles. • Review proposed obligor risk rating, investigation reports and all other related contracts and recommends an appropriate mitigation strategy. • Review & assess the company's portfolio risk in terms of concentration, maturity & liquidity risk and present detailedreport to the Top Management on a quarterly basis. •Liaise with Legal department to ensure identified risks are adequately addressed in the legal documentation for structured transactions and to set credit terms in the legal documentation. •Document flow and structured transaction approvals in the credit risk system including details around rationale, risk assessment, mitigating factors and key issues; ensure effective and timely excess management •Ensure compliance of credit proposals with the statutory and corporate policies. •Perform on-going monitoring of complex deals so that any early signs of distress or deviation from the expected performance are promptly identified. •Review and update credit risk control measures and/or policies in light of best practices. •Liaise with Credit Control and Management departments to ensure that the exposures are adequately reflected in the risk systems
