wireless ISP project (WiMax), for building a next generation voice and
data ISP platform and managing the team of operations and support the
broadband infrastructure for fixed and mobile data services.
Manage the yearly budget and control OPEX and CPEX, also was able
to cut the cost of the OPEX by total of 30% in the last year of operations
within the department.
Major reduction in TT (trouble tickets) by 41% in the first 6 month of the
ISP operations and 100% TT closed within assigned SLA.
