Strategic planning of preventive maintenance of the various stations of Emirates Transport across the country.
Collect and monitor the maintenance during the defects liability period.
Assigns tasks for the various teams according to importance of the issue.
Maintaining all the fire fighting equipment through specialized contractors.
> Conducting studies to develop data required for planning. Planning and scheduling projects considering such factors as availability, current and future costs, and other economic projections.
> Studying client requirements and making improvements and changes to the services. Studying market requirements and developing resource plans according to the requirement.
> Supervising and reviewing building maintenance works. Planning and scheduling of preventive maintenance works.
> Reviewing client feedback and making improvements.
> Finalizing requirements and specifications in consultation & interaction with immediate seniors and Project Manager. Developing, implementing & monitoring the baseline master construction programme. Working with the project team to identify schedule restraints and their effects on the total project schedule.
> Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities. Preparing and reviewing method statements and work specific quality control plans.
> Preparing weekly and monthly reports on progress of projects. Rendering assistance in the review and evaluation of project proposals and engineering specifications.
> Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilisation to maximise the output.
>. Performing field checks of project sites or survey areas to verify survey results or features.
> Undertaking an estimation of the quantity of resources and costs associated with it and use this information in conjunction with the schedule to develop time-phased budgets. Reviewing and analysing contract financial data for facilitating development & proceedings.
> Certifying the piece rate works bills passed by site engineers every fortnight. Listing the resource needs for projects, after considering the budgetary parameters set.
>Interfacing with construction, engineering, procurement, legal and risk department for ensuring subcontract administration.
> Site Supervision.
