•Supervise the electrical works done by the contractor on site by examining closely the methods of work and the material used while making sure that all comply with the drawings, specs and standards.
•Execute electrical projects by managing the team of workers, providing the necessary material and coordinating with all the parties on site.
full control over the workforce on several sites to ensure that electrical works are executed in accordance with the contract drawings, specifications and agreed procedures.
•Prepare all necessary material submittals, Design and Shop drawings.
•Attend regular meetings with main contractor and owner representatives and coordinate daily with the mechanical and civil teams to meet their requirements.
•Complete all essential Q.A. documentation and co-ordinate the daily site inspections.
•Raise requisitions for material, tools and equipment.
•Issue monthly payments as per the executed works and submit quotations for work variation.
•Prepare the tender cost estimation for various types of projects.
•Schedules, plans and implements the maintenance tasks as requested by clients.

•Deal with third party inspections and customers’ visits.
