Increases technicians morale and encourage them to make suggestions to
improve Service Center productivity.
 Assists service advisor to diagnose complicated repairs.
 Ensures proper utilization of service facilities.
 Maintains and operates SST, equipment, repair manuals, service bulletins, and
technical information.
 Studies factory’s technical information/service bulletins and explain to the
technicians.
 Arranges field technical reports.
 Ensures technicians are distributed in groups as per skill requirements.
 Assists chief technicians and technicians in solving hi-tech problem repairs.
 Conducts trade test of technicians for local recruitment.
 Ensures job controllers are feeding correct/proper operation number.
 Understands computerized time control and explain to the job controller and
technician.
 Monitors closely the results of time control sheet.
 Ensures the computerized and analysis reports are utilized for booking and
follow-up with technician for repairs in promised delivery time.
 Maintains a high level of grooming, hygiene, and uniform appearance for himself
and his staff.
