improve Service Center productivity.
Assists service advisor to diagnose complicated repairs.
Ensures proper utilization of service facilities.
Maintains and operates SST, equipment, repair manuals, service bulletins, and
technical information.
Studies factory’s technical information/service bulletins and explain to the
technicians.
Arranges field technical reports.
Ensures technicians are distributed in groups as per skill requirements.
Assists chief technicians and technicians in solving hi-tech problem repairs.
Conducts trade test of technicians for local recruitment.
Ensures job controllers are feeding correct/proper operation number.
Understands computerized time control and explain to the job controller and
technician.
Monitors closely the results of time control sheet.
Ensures the computerized and analysis reports are utilized for booking and
follow-up with technician for repairs in promised delivery time.
Maintains a high level of grooming, hygiene, and uniform appearance for himself
and his staff.
