Managing megaprojects for Oil and Gas and Banking

Responsible for establishing guidelines and a framework for project managers and departmental teams to adhere to. Audits projects in a program and profiles feasibility on the grounds of time, data, costs, and resources needed. Doing so ensures that multiple projects run in a repeatable and sustainable manner.

• Design and implement short- and long-term strategic plans to make certain network capacity meets existing and future requirements.

Design and implement short- and long-term strategic plans to make certain network capacity meets existing and future requirements.
•Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for network resource administration and appropriate use.
•Practice network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory, life cycle management and related documentation.
•Provides “ownership” of problem thru final resolution.
•Plan, acquire, and coordinate installation of in-house and remote hardware and software across the organization’s network.
•Conduct research and make recommendations on network products, services, protocols, and standards in support of network procurement and development efforts.

•Manage and ensure effectiveness of servers, including e-mail, print, and backup servers, and their associated operating systems and software.
•Manage and ensure optimal operation of all network hardware and equipment, including routers, switches, hubs, UPSs, and so on.
•Manage and ensure effectiveness of security solutions, including firewalls, anti-virus solutions, and intrusion detection systems.
•Establish and maintain regular written and in-person communications with the organization’s executives, decision-makers, stakeholders, department heads, and end users regarding pertinent network activities.
•Test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports; develop strategies for maintaining network infrastructure.
•Test server performance and provide network performance statistics and reports; develop strategies for maintaining server infrastructure.
• Oversee the administration of user accounts, permissions, and access rights in AD.
•Direct and administrate a contingent of network analysts and technicians, and where necessary, conduct performance reviews and corrective action.

Ensuring that all engineering work for the CCTV Security system included CCTV, ACS, AV, Network are carried out in accordance with specifications, statutory requirements, laws, rules, regulations and other contractual requirements. With due regards to designing, assembly, installation, operability and maintainability.

Duties:
•Managing the installation and operation of CCTV and ACS at Alkout Mall
•Managing the installation and operation of CCTV, ACS, AV, BGM and Network at Al Manshar Rotana Hotel - Ballroom.
•Managing the installation and operation of CCTV, ACS, AV, BGM and Network at Al Manshar Rotana Hotel - Prego Restaurant.
•Providing technical support and designing to the project team and consultant teams as well as the owner.
•Technical Manager: Analyzing the issues at project and figure out the best solution which satisfies the Client.
•Responsible for the completion of all documentation for the assembly procedure, Installation procedure, testing, testing the CCTV, ACS after installation completion, commissioning procedure, operation and Maintenance Manual for the Client.
•Producing Test Plans and reports.
•Evaluating tenders and providing recommendations.
•Carrying out effective client liaison for all projects undertaken.

With due regards to designing, assembly, installation, operability and maintainability

Duties:
•Managing CCTV, VoIP and ACS projects from conception, pre-production through to completion.
•Providing technical support to the project team and consultant teams.
•Responsible for overseeing the review, initiation and execution of contracts.
•Managing project budgets and keeping costs down.
•Overseeing the CCTV, VoIP and ACS preparation from the starting of assembly, configuration and Installation of projects till completion, commissioning and turnover.

Ensuring that all engineering work for the |Integrate the G5 Provenco system with Oula Fuel Stations is carried out in accordance with specifications, statutory requirements, laws, rules, regulations and other contractual requirements. With due regards to installation, operability and maintainability

Duties:

•Managing the Installation and integration of G5 POS (Point of Sale) / BOS (Back Office System) to the pumps.
•Managing the Maintenance contract with client to satisfy the client to reduce the closing time of the fuel station during the maintenance period.
