Main Duties include:
• Develop master Baseline construction schedule with cost and resource loaded using Primavera-P6 software.
• S-curves, Histograms, WBS, Critical path, Cost & Resource loading & Man power calculation
• Update master programme on weekly / monthly basis and identify potential schedule
• Monitor the execution of Works relative to the approved schedules, cost estimates and highlight any variances.
• Weekly and monthly reports providing accurate and timely reporting of project status.

Job Profile: Planning Engineer

• Weekly and monthly reports providing accurate and timely reporting of project status.
• Monitor the execution of Works relative to the approved schedules, cost estimates and highlight any variances.
• Control and monitor the actual cash flow base from monthly planned cash flow.
• Identification, Monitoring & Streamlining of critical paths running through the Project master schedule
• Understanding Project work of scope, needs and deliverables, Contract milestones, Estimating budget quantities, costs, durations and resources.
• Preparation of Interim Payments, variations and progress of work.
Planning Engineer:
Project: Calyx, Multi-storey Commercial & Residential Complex.
Project worth: AED 40 Million
Details: The project involved construction of 2 basements and 9 Super structure levels both RC structure with P.T slabs comprising an total area of 1.2 million sq. ft, with 75 Apartments and 20 shops with a very high standard of finishing works, landscaping works and MEP works.
Responsibilities:
• Preparing of baseline programs and updating it on weekly and monthly basis
• Planning and scheduling of works by using Primavera (P6), maintaining site and progress records, preparing bills of sub contractors & client bills; handling documentation required for ISO procedures, etc., preparing labour & material costing.
• Length and Area Calculation, Estimation of quantities and BOQ preparation
• Looking after the execution of construction work as per plans and specifications.
• Monitor the execution of Works relative to the approved schedules, cost estimates and highlight any variances
• Reporting to project manager & contracts manager
• M.Sc. in construction project management (C.P.M) from Heriot-watt university, Dubai campus (Pursuing - Expected date of completion: March 2014)
• B.E (Civil) from Osmania University, Hyderabad in 2012.
• Intermediate from Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh in 2008.
• SSC from Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh in 2006.
