◈ Safety and environmental protection of the construction project.
◈ Making daily Electrometrical work programs & reports on project progress.
◈ Coordinating with the Project manager & Consultant.
◈ Site Supervision and Management & Dealing with REB.
◈ Fuel consumption, planning, documentation & reporting.
◈ Electrification of high-rise building (Fair Face).
◈ Electrical Drawing, Load Calculation, BOQ Preparation, CS of Rate Quotation.
◈ Estimation & Cost analysis as per Drawing, MEP observation & Installation works.
◈ Project works planning, Execution & Reporting.
◈ Ensuring the Quality of electrical works.
◈ Purchase of all types of Electromechanical & Vehicle Items.
◈ Checking of technical specifications, data, and test reports etc.
◈ Checking the various electrical & contractor’s bills and vouchers.
◈ Supervise and carryout all types of electrical and mechanical instruments as per the specified designs & drawings.
◈ Safety and environmental protection of the construction project.
◈ Site Supervision and Management & Dealing with REB, PDB, DESA, DESCO, ELB etc.
◈ Responsible for related Mechanical and Electrical areas.
◈ Supervise, operate, maintenance of different electrical & mechanical equipments,
◈ Various type of Motor, machine & generator Operation & maintenance.
