Working With CWT india Pvt Ltd as a Travel counselor.
Now I am handling one of the branch ticketing operations work like ticketing, EMD, hotel booking, car booking for all corporate and BSP monitoring.
Earlier i have worked with Refunds team which was centralized to our branch and completed pending request without any escalations.

Worked with IGT India Pvt ltd which was started as pilot project at Chennai branch for Galileo support desk.
I have handled all agents from pan India level which they will call us for assistance in Booking related queries like issuance, reissues, manual fare build, Group issuance as well reissues and hotel, car bookings complete ticketing process and also i have earned lot of knowledge from IGT which is i can say strongly that EXPERT KNOWLEDGE in Galileo GDS and also enjoyed to work with IGT.
