Plan or pre-plan activities in order to ensure on-time service for the customer.
Coordinate with relevant departments for efficient operations and documentation.

Co-coordinating with Clearing Agents and preparing legalized documents from the back for customs exemption requirements.
Ensure adherence to corporate policy and procedures.
Development and motivation of staff.
Ensure staff adherence to safety, security and sanitation standards.
Closely follows up on maintenance and accident / incident related issues.
Coordinate with maintenance support personnel to manage service while maintaining customer-driven service expectations.
Provides a daily report of routine tasks to the Line Manager.
Handled the tasks of conducting weekly meetings and trainings
Issuing money to the drivers according to the destinations and the border expense.
Updating trip cost expense on the basis of the bills collected from the drivers.
Co-coordinating with other country companies to get the back haul for the trucks.
Arranging back load from other country the point of offloading to get load to come back to the origin.
