• Cross checking all Airport Pick-up/Drop-off arrangement
• Golden Class and Meet and Assist Arrangement
• Billing, rate Tallying and Invoicing reconciliation
• Handling In-house and check-out guests complaints and comments
• Syncing all Internal traces for different bookings
• Reporting to directly to the Manager on employee welfare and
performance
• Managing Reservations Agents Trainings, coaching and monthly
assessments
• Reservations Agents performance review overview and personal
development plans
• Updating the team on new company information, upcoming events and
news
• Basic Opera technicalities including rate loading
