• Working as Lead Instrument Commissioning Engineer. Overall in-charge of site commissioning activities for the Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Oil Operations-ADCO, Habshan, Abu Dhabi for their 1.8MMBOPD PHASE 1 DEVELOPMENT PROJECT.
• Following stations are Pre-Started & commissioned:
Remote Degassing Stations: RDS 7, 8, 9 & 10
Well head stations: RDS related production wells
Water injection clusters
Expansion of Bab Central Degassing Station to cater the increased production
Roles & Responsibilities:
Commissioning of Plant Equipments
Commissioning of DCS/ESD/F&G for the plant from ABB
Commissioning of Plant & F&G instruments
Commissioning of Building Safety system which includes Fire alarm control panels, HSSDs & Inergen systems & related F&G instruments from Tyco
Preparation of pre-commissioning test procedures and implementation
Commissioning of Well Head Control Panels & related Well PLC
Integration tests between RDS & DCS, Building F&G with plant F&G as per ESD & F&G cause and effect

As Principal Engineer-Completions/Engineering Support working on the Project deliverables for the Petrofac International, Sharjah for their various projects worldwide.
•Developing the procedures, manuals related to the process and utility for the Central Processing Unit, El Merk, Algeria - a joint venture of SONATRACH and ANADARKO Algeria Company LLC.
As Principal Engineer-Completions/Engineering Support worked on the Project deliverables for the Petrofac International, Sharjah for their various projects worldwide.

Worked in the elevated position of Superintendent from Senior Instrument Engineer
Overall responsible for the site commissioning activities of the In-Salah Gas project,
Algeria and reporting to Site Project Manager
o Plan & supervise the activities of teams:
1. Carrying out commissioning/loop check activities for the Gas Turbine Compressor (NP) & Gas Turbine Generator from Siemens for two trains.
2. Carrying out commissioning activities/loop checks for the Instrument Air Compressor (Atlas Copco) & Inert Gas package as per the commissioning procedures.
o Attending SAT for DCS, F&G & ESD systems and various packages.
o Identification of PTW requirements and the raising of applicable permits to cover commissioning work scope for safe and efficient completion of work.
o Liaise with the discipline Commissioning Manager to establish an integrated approach to pre-commissioning, commissioning and project completion.
o Assist compilation of punch lists in conjunction with the contractor and client.
o Familiar with WINPCS database management.
