• Contractor hiring Lead - Pan India
Hiring contractors for diverse capabilities in both lateral and exec space.
Expanded sourcing capabilities from venial skill set to niche hiring.
Expanded vendor base to support volume hiring.
Had controls and checks in place to support hiring numbers grow from mere 30 FTE per month to 200+ contractors a month.
Instrumental in implementing part time contractors, Contractors available by the hour and Employee referral for contract hires based on business requirement.

Took accountability for candidates who had hit redeploy pool for agreed reasons
Redeployed voice and non-voice resource by scheduling them for various opportunities based on skill set match and requirement within operations team.
This Channel was made the most sought after channel as business benefited in more than one ways, including lesser lead time and hiring cost.
• Key mile stones
Scaling up hiring capabilities from 30 to 200+ per month
Had been a key contributor in growing hiring capabilities from 300+ a year in FY11, 1500+ in FY12 & 2100+ in FY13 across locations,
Scaling up the team to handle volumes and addressing hiring challenges on timely manner.
Venturing into niche space and solutioning with experts guidance, helped in opening up new avenues.
Ensuring the TDOC are will within the hiring SLA - 22 days against agreed time lines of 28 days.
\ Planning and budgeting Headcount and tracking team budget.
• Recruitment capabilities lead - Pan India
Responsible for implementing key initiatives in recruitment team for India subcontinent.
o Schedule workshops to Educating Business (Delivery team) on interviewing skills. Competency based interviewing techniques was one of the key initiatives driven across locations for Team leaders and above.
o Process documentation - Ensuring documents are updates from time to time and be prepared for Center team and external audits.
o Run surveys to sense check candidate before and after interview experience. This was to improve on candidate satisfaction score.
o Run regular internal audits with recruiters on document collection, fitment and approvals for exceptions.
o Track and ensure SR (service request) raised by business are in line to the SLL (Skill Level Location) and do a periodic check to ensure SR’s are assigned by respective location leads to the recruiters.
o Audit Talent supply chain on Service Request created and do ability TAT.
o Spend Management: Manage Recruitment headcount, team budget, technology enhancements, new initiatives, run campaign’s.
o Report out Monthly recruitment performance across locations with the leadership team.
o Financial year planning meet: Before the beginning of financial year the leadership team will catch up for a 2 day workshop to discuss/decide/agree upon targets, set intermediate milestones.
o Ensure all recruitment process documents are updated with recent changes in the last one year along with updated templates and fitment sheet.
o Validate invoices from finance, procurement and vendors to ensure inappropriate cost is not charged.
o Team engagement activities & coordinating participation in external drives & job fare.
o Conduct Rewards and Recognition for the Recruitment team Pan India.
Global Demand & supply management (Delivery Center Strategy and Operations Specialist)
o Run Governance on effective utilization of corporate real estate and Recruitment constrains for Accenture global delivery.
o Stakeholders are RMG leads & DCSO Leads of all Accenture network countries
o Reporting variance analysis, forecast accuracy, Manual updates.
o Manage Sharepoint access across DCSO & SDO world
o Manage Blueprint Audits across India location & Audit the Auditors for Other Footprint locations
o Relook ant existing policies and definitions.
