• Serve as a trusted partner to departmental units in all areas of Talent management including talent management strategy, talent management plan, Talent reviews and assessment, strong HR and business partnership, compensation and classification, talent and performance management, recruitment and selection, training and development, succession planning, and employee relations..
• Communication of Employee Engagement Survey results and action planning, conducting Talent Review Session, developing and implementing SOPs for OD processes
• Overseeing the PM process. Maintaining and ensuring that Mid-Year and Annual appraisals are done on a timely basis and handling employee engagement surveys.
• Probe hiring managers to establish complete understanding of business hiring requirements across multiple business
lines and guide them through end-to-end hiring process.
Work closely with the VP of Human Resources and other HRBPs to develop corporate human resources programs and initiatives that strengthen the HR foundation and infrastructure.
• Meets with line management, hiring managers in order to gather current recruitment requirements, recommends appropriate actions and plans for their implementation as per the agreed SLA’S including time to fill and cost per hire, diversity, candidate pipeline quality and ATS.
• Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations and activities, including Talent Acquisition, Induction, Learning, Performance Management, Talent Development, Succession Planning and Employee Relations.
• Regularly report to the Director on the operational activities of department, challenges and issues faced, mitigations taken, etc. as required, to keep them informed and updated on the division activities.
• Challenge and influence hiring managers to ensure that the hiring strategy is aligned with hospital / Business / Function level outcomes.
• Working with HRBPs to ensure accurate benchmarking for all hiring, providing benchmarking analysis and recommendations for pay increases for budgeting purposes
• Generate HR Statistical/ talent acquisition pipeline report providing information regarding (cost of advertising /target areas/expenses/ saving etc) as well as high end mobilization status including Turnaround time by using power BI and Tableau and pivot tables as and when required

Lead Recruitment Consultant: Healthcare (all top tier hospitals including Saudi German, Al Zahra, Mediclinic, Dr. Sulaiman,
NMC etc.)
• Build and manage a healthcare desk within the end-toend Recruitment (physicians all the way to Allied and
nursing levels, Design and implement recruitment policies & procedure
• Examine and analyze received CV/profiles of applicants including physicians especially physicians and
measuring their credentialing against advertised jobs to select individuals for scheduled test and
interviews and hire suitable candidate
• Arrange advertisements and other communication modes for vacant positions to generate pool of
competitive candidates through effective recruitmentprograms
• Conduct interviews of applicants at distant locations using various channels like phone calls and video calls to
maintain a pool of competent candidates and acquire the best talent
• Ensure smooth and transparent completion of recruitment procedures fromvery initial stage to final
placement of hired individual at relevant position
• Have an active Client facing role, whilst managing specific Key Accountswithin some of the industry leading
key and supporting them in their niche level engagement
