• Effective handling and management of banking relationships and liquidity across schemes of SBI mutual fund.

• To ensure that the fund withdrawals for purchases are effected by banks and credits are received from investors for high value transactions in order to avoid overdraft in scheme accounts.
• To liaise with CAMS and marketing department for various brokerage structures.
• To pass necessary entries pertaining to purchase, redemption, dividend and brokerage payments and to ensure that the details of such entries are provided to fund accountants.
• To reconcile bank accounts and respective pool a/c for redemption, brokerage, purchase, dividend on daily basis.
• To handle queries of fund accounts and audit queries with respect to bank transactions for redemption, brokerage, purchases and dividend payments.
• Resolution of investor queries raised by customer service dept, CAMS, and ISC’s.
• Updating of expenses pertaining to brokerage payments and estimates in scheme expenses file on a monthly basis in order to enable top management to derive scheme expenses across schemes and also to know deficits and surplus in various schemes of SBIMF.
• To ensure that the brokerage structures given to CAMS are calculated and computed properly.
• To prepare MIS related to schemes with respect to purchase redemptions and brokerage.
• To ensure that the reports required by marketing dept, AMC and distributors and provided in time
