• Updating the Group’s Risk Register on a quarterly basis after meeting with the key business owners and executive members in the C-Suite.
• Assisting in launching the company’s Revenue Assurance function.
• Investigating issues identified in the company’s Internal Audit reports and ensuring that all Internal Audit points are closed and recommendations implemented.
• Identifying weaknesses in processes potentially leading to revenue leakage and addressing the leakage by implementing relevant solutions.
• Drafting business requirement documents (BRDs) to implement the proposed solutions to address revenue leakage.
• Planning and managing project specifications and timelines and monitoring the progress of the project.
• Quantifying revenue leakage from issues identified and performing a pre and post analysis to assess how much leakage has been stopped.
• Preparing Business Communications post implementation of proposed solutions to inform the business about the changes that have been implemented.
• Creating and running monthly KPI Dashboards for the Senior Management.
• Creating and maintaining a complete Business Continuity Plan for the business.
• As an Intern, I had to understand the business, how the different areas in the business work and the relationship between these areas. Through this understanding, created Process Flowcharts relating to business processes and functions using Microsoft Visio.
