•Process CPV (Contact Point of Verification) with the customer and their work place as mentioned on the credit card or loan application with accurate decisions at the required turnaround time. Contacted credit bureaus, employers, and other sources to check applicant credit and ersonal references
•Review the bank statements of the applicant and determining credit worthiness of the customer.
•Ensure the approved credit requests are in line with the banks policies and procedures.
•Global relationship banking and history check/ delinquency check.
•Central bank check (CRS, BBL).
•Preparation of MIS reports consisting of the number of cases approved and rejected and other details to be reviewed by the assigned team leader/ Credit Manager for further action.
