I have been working with the team in banquet hall and several restaurants in food and beverage service Department. In banquet hall the part of my work is checking the functions, timing, functions types and requirements. I have to arrange all the linen, chair, table, crockeries, cutleries, glassware and utensils. Setup everything before the function has started. Check the bar and be sure every hot and cold beverage are available there. I have to Welcome the guest and bring the Food and Beverage step by step on time, and always be sure everything is available in front of guest. After end the function I break the setup and return all the linen, crockery, cutlery, glassware and utensils in the Housekeeping and stewarding department. In the restaurants I have to follow the sequence of service. Restaurant and bar should be ready before it opening. I have to welcome the guest and follow the rules of sequence of service and be sure guest is satisfied by my hospitality. In the closing time I have to remove all the dirty things from the restaurant to housekeeping and stewarding department. I have to make a last check if everything is ok I am closing the restaurant.
