▪ To ensure all foods served to customers are free from microbiological and physical contamination according to
its intended use, and all work areas confirm to minimum requirements set by the local health authorities.
▪ Responsible for the daily and periodic standards compliance monitoring in all departments, services within the
units and ensuring that the agreed corrective, preventative actions/measures are implemented.
▪ Conduct risk assessment, inspection on site and mandatory trainings to all new and existing staff.
▪ Responsible for emphasizing, providing information, training and tools necessary to improve in all standard
aspects in food safety and quality management system.
Responsible for the orientation and required safety trainings of new and existing employees.
▪ Responsible for the regular inspection, monitoring of camp facilities and client audit.
▪ Conduct regular kitchen audit, food quality monitoring, and services provided by the client and contractors.

▪ Responsible for the shipments of refrigerated cargo ships to ensure that the standard control of
temperature in all cargoes are adhered during the voyage. To monitor and document the statement
of facts during loading and unloading of refrigerated or frozen cargoes and safely from one point to
destination.
▪ To investigate and make corrective action for any incident/accident that may arise during
the voyage including the condition of the ship and facility that affects the standard limits
and out of control.
▪ Conduct risk assessment and implement preventive and corrective action/control
measures.
