A multi- Billion South Border Housing Project is being implemented by the Ministry of Interior (MOI) to provide housing and related support facilities to Saudi Border Guard personnel working at the Southern and Eastern Borders of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

WORK DESCRIPTION:
1. Preparation of various Progress Report (Weekly, Monthly including QC Weekly Monitoring) to be submitted to Top Management.
2. Preparation and updating of Progress Monitoring Sheet, Tracking and evaluation of Project progress.
3. Review/Check Baseline Schedule vs Actual accomplishment of the Project using Primavera 6 v8.3.
4. Review/ Check Baseline Manpower Mobilization and Equipment Plan (Plan vs. Actual).
5. Review/ Check the Histogram(S-Curve) Plan vs. Actual.
6. Review/ Comment on the submitted Daily Progress Report (Based on actual accomplish on site activity).
7. Review and comment all the documents submitted by the Contractor (Weekly, Monthly Report including all Attachment) before approved by Manager and upload to SUPREMO.
8. Attend Technical Meeting (Contractor and Consultant) to discuss the Project development.

Location : Al-Khafji Joint Operation (KJO) Al-Khafji, KSA

This Project was started on 1st of Sept. 2012. A continuation of JGC (EPC) Project.
INSTALLATION OF HP DISPOSAL WATER TREATMENT PIPE LINE (20ӯ) WORK AT KJO-
WATER TREATMENT FACILITIES-3, AL-KHAFJI, SAUDI ARABIA. A Manpower, Equipment and
Materials supply.


WORK DESCRIPTION:
1. Responsible for the Construction Schedule for the entire Projects. Establish for the ff:
• CIVIL, CONCRETE STRUCTURE
• PIPING(MECHANICAL)
• ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTATION
• PAINTING(APCS-113C Coating)
• The Client review Critical Path and the Float check/review that if its align to the correct path before its Finalized the Schedule.
• Review/Check Milestone of the Project if it is align to the Schedule before finalized.
2. Established Baseline Schedule and Up-Date of Project Schedule using Primavera 6.
3. Established Baseline Manpower Mobilization Plan (Plan vs. Actual).
4. Established Baseline Equipment Plan (Plan vs. Actual).
5. Established Monthly and Weekly Construction Progress Report.
6. Established Three-Weeks Look ahead and Three- Month Look ahead by using Primavera 6.
7. Established the Construction Progress Report Breakdown.
8. Established Baseline and Up-Date the Histogram(S-Curve) Plan vs. Actual.
9. Established and Submit the Daily Progress Report (Based on actual accomplish on site activity).
10. Assist the Quantity Surveyor for the Up-Date of Actual Daily and Weekly Progress Report for purpose of Monthly Billing attachment.
11. Submit Weekly and Monthly Construction Report to Client (KJO).
12. Attend Weekly meeting together with the Client to discuss the accomplished percentage for the week including Histogram(S-Curve), Deliveries of supplied Materials and
Deliveries of Precasted Foundation from Dammam Yard to Construction Site.

An EPC (Engineering and Design Procurement and Construction) Project that started on 2nd week of December 2011.This Project was supply by the Contractor all Manpower and Equipment, Materials including the Design of Electrical and Instrumentation by SAUD CONSULT (designer).

WORK DESCRIPTION:
1. Responsible for the Construction Schedule for the entire Projects. Establish for the ff:
• ENGINEERING AND DESIGN
• PROCUREMENT
• CONSTRUCTION/IMPLEMENTATION
2. Established Baseline and Up-Date of Project Schedule using Primavera 6.
3. Established Baseline and Up-Date Manpower Mobilization Plan (Plan vs. Actual).
4. Established Baseline and Up-Date Equipment Plan (Plan vs. Actual).
5. Established and Up-Date Monthly and Weekly Construction Progress Report.
6. Established and Up-Date Three-Weeks Look ahead and Three- Month Look ahead by using Primavera 6 v7.0.
7. Established the Construction Progress Report Breakdown.
8. Established the Histogram(S-Curve) Plan vs. Actual.
9. Established/Prepare the Daily Progress Report.
10. Established and Up-Date of Material Procurement Schedule (Plan vs Actual).
11. Submission of Weekly Report and Monthly Report to the Client (RABIGH PERSONNEL).
12. Attend Weekly meeting together with the Client to discuss the accomplished percentage for the week including Histogram(S-Curve), Deliveries of supplied Materials and up-date of Pre-Fabricated Steel Structure Warehouse (Zamel Fabrication-Kuwait).

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Responsible for the Construction Management for the entire Projects.
2. Conduct a regular meeting to all Technical Manpower to ensure that project completion on date or ahead of schedule.
3. Responsible for the Planning and Project Management for the Preparation of Work Breakdown Structure, Resources and Scheduling, Manpower Leveling and Filtering by using PRIMAVERA 6.
4. Responsible in making a Report Updating 3-Week Look ahead and Actual Percentage accomplished fot the Week/Month of the said project.
5. Submission of Construction Weekly and Monthly Report to the Manager for the up-date of the Project.

Work Description:

CONSTRUCTION OF HORIZONTAL/VERTICAL STRUCTURE PROJECT

Cost Engineer (Planning Division)
1. Responsible for the cost estimate of the project.
2. Preparation of Bill of Quantity of the said project.
3. Present the Bill of Quantity of the Project estimated to the Division Head (Planning Division) for some review and approval for the project budget cost.

Field/Site Engineer (Construction Division)
1. Responsible for the daily construction operations administratively and site implementations.
2. Take Charge to the Contractors/Sub-Contractors of the specified projects for their rules of implementation as guided thereof
3. Handling jobs pertaining to the Schedule Item of Works governing to the Standard Specifications for Highways, Bridges, Airports.
4. Attend strategy planning/estimate to cope up with unscheduled work variations.
5. Taking care of work programs and cost estimate.
6. Ensure positive bottom line at the end of the month

WORK DESCRIPTION:
1. Responsible for the daily construction operations and site implementation of the
awarded projects.
2. Responsible on handling jobs pertaining to the design and construction.
3. Taking care of work programs, cost estimates, and manpower deployments and supervisions.
4. Meeting with the Construction foreman, skilled workers, helpers for the up-date of the on-going projects.
5. Responsible for the purchasing of the materials used in project construction.
6. Attend strategy planning to government agencies that is fully in-charge of the project to cope up with unscheduled work variations.
7. Ensure positive bottom line at the end of the projects.
8. In-charge for the proper utilization of all Equipments.
9. Liaise and cooperate to all government agencies regarding permits and documents.
10. Make report to the Contractor Owner/Manager for the up-date of the projects.
11. Make a report for the proper Turn-over of the Projects to the legitimate Government entities (Completion Certificate).
