• Collaborates with Construction Specialists and project engineers in monitoring construction activities for compliance with engineering drawings, specifications and industry standards
• Works with QA/QC Manager to ensure contractor compliance of quality assurance and quality control programs and to effectively implement non-conformance and deviation control systems for on-site activities.
• Works with the Project Controls Manager to ensure compliance of the business control processes for the project which may include schedule developments, cost estimates and risk analysis
• Reviews and provides input on contractor payments and change order requests associated with all activities.
• Provides input to weekly and monthly progress reports. Attends and participates in all key project meetings.
• Assists in resolving or recommends resolutions to for contractual disputes between owner and contractors.
• Collaborates with start-up engineers to facilitate start-up of the project and ensures efficient turnover of plant to operations and maintenance staff.
• Coordinates project site engineering activities with the operations and maintenance staff.

Project Scope: Consisting of two zones (N01&N06A) includes two 5-Stars Hotels “HILTON” (in the towers H01A and H02Z) with 42 levels of 2070 m² each, connected by bridge on its highest level (40 m wide approx.) and tow 3-Stars Hotel “DOUBLE TREE” (in two towers H01B & H01C) with 33 levels of 900 m² each and tow Podiums P01N with 10 levels of approximately 14000 m² each and Podium P06A with 5 levels of approximately 8000 m² each. Both podium connected in ground floor and including the Main Atrium, Hotels entrances, Hotels Public area, Commercial Centre, Car Parking and public water tank on the lowest level.
Job Profile:
Oversee the Shop Drawings and Engineering of JODP - Jabal Omar Development Project-Phase- 3 as per the Key Result Areas:
• Lead internal and external teams, integrating engineering elements and Coordinating between Arch, ID, MEP and Structure for the production of detailed Architecture & ID workings shop drawings into unified design.
• Create sketches, details, sections, elevations and schedules required for shop drawings production or design processes.
• Lead, guide and manage the engineering works of sup-contractors, specialists and other professionals.
