IT Projects Manager Specialist at Contact Financial Holding
My experience as a Projects Manager
1-Managing delayed/overdue and upcoming projects by equalizing time between both, and managing delayed/overdue and upcoming operations cycles equally.
2- Using skills of MS office to clarify:
• the urgent tasks
• long time-term tasks
• short time-term tasks
• priorities
• the tasks distribution among colleagues with time management and execution.
• projects documentation
3-Human Resources Management Regarding Projects Gains and Benefits.
Preparing presentations for meeting both clients & Managers/Supervisor's with satisfying both.
4-Preparing graphs, letters & emails for managers and supervisors
5-Responsibility of sending emails clarifying delayed operations progess and the time reschedule for the project with less loss in time and resources
6-Using programming skills for updating and upgrading projects vision and success
7-Preparing and attending meetings regarding discussions for:
• gains/benefits of the project or the remarkables
• If there is a reschedule due to either a team member or change in the plan
• Risk Management by seeing all projects overview and taking notes and points to avoid any confusion, consequences, losing team member(s) or cancellation
• Team vision for the project and their insights
• Seeing team's different valuables and principles on the projects
8-Mailing 4 reports divided into 2 parts, one of them for the overdue tasks and the other for approaching overdue tasks clarifying the progress & the 4 Quarters of the year and the yearly report
9-Agile & waterfall
10-Experience with Ticketing System, ERP System (Enterprise Recourses Planning) & FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) System/Methodology.
