maintains equipment and completing necessary testing as required. also maintains accurate records of all maintenance repairs. performs repairs as needed.
develops and manages the facility work order system. assigns tasks to appropriate team members.
oversees and provides custodial needs.
oversees and provides event coordination. ensures proper scheduling of set up and take down for meetings, events.
keeps buildings safe by making sure they meet building codes requirements .
supervise the prevent maintenance team in performing maintenance schedules weekly, monthly, quarterly, semiannal, annual and safety checks through the facility beside the corrective maintenance arised in the site in different specialists.
ensure reactive and preventive maintenance on all facilities (conveyors, powered, manual and handling equipment, HVAC system, fire protection systems plumbing works, swimming pools, timing and score equipment for games, boiler rooms, pool filtration and ozon systems beside duties include painting, carpentary works, minor electrical, cement and tile masonary.
ensure the purchase and availability of replacement parts and effictive management of the spare parts inventory store to minize costs and ensure adequate supply of parts for ongoing operations.
reviews and auduts current budget expenditures and patrs suppliers for cost saving or efficiency opportunities.
develops and maintains process of managing work orders requests to ensure that all maintenance and repairs are logged and resolved in a timely manner.
to make a file for every equipment contains all the history for every one ( software and hardware ).
carry out the plant houskeeping, custodial and repair tasks in an efficient mannar.
in consultationwith the operations managers, audits the integrity of current facility equipment including and recommending new equipment enchancements to support the business operation.
installation of new projects in the site such as new chillers.
calculation design for HVAC and fire fightining concerning the site itself tacking in concideration :-

manages relationship with rental tenants as needed . addressing any maintenance concerns.
