Participated in Ruwad Program at DP World/ Dubai Trade Division as Quality Assurance Executive (Trainee) in Operation Department/ IT Department. My job roles to be responsible on:

-Quality of software developed by the application team
-Involved in different ongoing and past projects to perform quality testing with Dubai Trade services.
-Attend business sessions by the Team and vendors to clarify the understanding of new ongoing projects conducted in DT.
-Involved in various meetings with all the business units that Dubai trade deal with to have a better understanding of the business knowledge and how procedures and process goes in DP World.
-Learn about software testing methodologies that are used in Dubai Trade
-Learn about functional testing techniques that include to write test cases, and
to create a testing checklist.
-Learn about different services that DT provides for the clients and for different business units in Jabal Ali eg, DT portal, Tasreeh, Jafza, and DP World, Dubai Customs.
-Learn about the basics of automation testing and try to implement it
-Learn about the load performance testing by using a program called netload, where I had a chance to use the software in some tasks that we had to do.

Had training “Banner Workflow Development” prepared by Ellucian.
- Entering the data of process analysis by using Banner Workflow Modeler Program.
- Insight into IT Infrastructure and IT Support core function areas.
- Gain about Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) at IT Department.
- Earn the knowledge of “CISCO” that de velops manufactures and sells networking
hardware, telecommunications equipment and services.
- Had a Training of " Service Desk Analysts " to work as an Admin.
- Acknowledging the requests that coming from different campuses for each section in IT
Department.
Jan 2016 - Feb 2016 Presidential Flight
Worked in Archive Department & IT Department for during my study period as work
placement. My job function as a Trainee was to:
- Help the archive Team in entering the data required for the system.
- Store all the information needed in one location by using Word & Excel, so later they can
retrieve the needed information very fast in the system.
- Organize inventory documents continually for archiving and easy accessing.
- Help the IT department Team in Configuration iPad so I did a task that I control the setting
that specified by Presidential Flight.
- Install MDM profile on iPads (Like to push the needed applications for users throw
“AirWatch System”).
- Managing the documents through SharePoint system.
