As Chief Executive Officer of “Sudamec Development Co. Ltd.”, this is my evaluation and recommendation of Mr. Samy N. Haddad. Mr. Haddad started with “Sudamec” in 2005 as Marketing Executive for the commercial directory (Al-Shamel) that the company was publishing in Sudan. He was a very valued member of our team for eight months. His approach, capacities and human skills seized my attention. So much so, that by the end of his task when the directory was published and the time for his evaluation were due, Mr. Haddad was promoted to help the General Manager of our construction branch and was rewarded with a junior partner status. He stayed in that position until the end of our contract in 2008. His capacity to work in an environment with few parameters to guide him was nothing short of outstanding. Mr. Haddad is of international quality and of superior character. He has acquired the ethics of true professionalism and the sense of duty and valor required for sensitive positions requiring rare qualities. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend Mr. Haddad for any employment that requires intuitive intelligence, sound judgment and a mature approach to sensitive matters. I can attest to his loyalty, dedication and real understanding of the need to deliver and get results.
