Major Achievements & Projects: Electrolyzer system optimization project, achieving 20% efficiency increase. Scaled up ALK & PEM Hybrid electrolyzers stack design & process Optimization in a Super crtical thermal project for Hydrogen generation.
Established and managed Yanbu Industrial City petrochemical expansion Projects. Advised Royal Commission management on capital project investment strategy. Executed industrial development initiatives under Royal Commission management. Major Achievements: Conducted Benchmarking study, Economic potential and technical feasibility of propylene derivatives, methanol, and aromatics Projects for potential FDI. Applied advanced analytical tools to perform Energy / Feedstock demand-supply forecasting, market gap analysis, price forecasting, and risk assessment for petrochemical derivatives. Conducted a thorough cost analysis, for the establishment of hydrogen infrastructure (both green and gray) in a well-known industrial hub. Submitted detailed petrochemical policy proposals and product mapping proposals (RFPs) to the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, KSA for National Industrial Strategy development. Worked closely with a diverse group of international investors, consultants, and technology providers to establish a strong and thriving petrochemical cluster.
Led the team for engineering and design of Pilot set up of energy Lab. Manages various project management ask, and stakeholder management for development. Streamlined stakeholder management and strategy alignment. Major Achievement: Established Hydrogen & Fuel cell pilot lab in Chandigarh, India. Trained 20 engineers on process design of electrolysis technology and hydrogen storage system
Led strategic planning, conducted feasibility studies for projects, economic analysis, business development, and capital investment analysis for Linear Alkyl Benzene and paraffin downstream derivatives. Key Achievement & Projects: Conducted economic modelling and capital investment analysis for the Heat Transfer Fluid (Bi & Tri-Phenyl) project, resulting in a successful joint venture. Secured the Long Chain Di Acid (LCDA) project through a bio-route and Paraffin integration approach. Initiated the expansion of Paraffin and Linear Alkyl Benzene Complex, adding a 400 KTPA capacity in Yanbu worth $800M. Closed a deal for the Messamol (non-Phthalate Plasticizer) project, valued at $50M, using the Normal paraffin route.
