• Coordinate and provide training to HI’s PSS team through direct provision of both formal and on the job trainings and supervision.
• Designs technical tools, training, leaflets, protocols and other relevant documents and disseminate them among the mission.
• Provide technical support in project implementation (definition, planning, monitoring evaluation).
• Preparation, monitoring and documentation for internal reporting.
• Representation of HI towards local authorities regarding technical area of responsibility

• Conducts regular monitoring sessions to review and assess results against the M&E framework and disseminating information and feedback to the project management team.
• Establishes and maintains M&E tools (using qualitative and quantitative approaches) and data entry for online systems to monitor progress and results
• Frequently reviews field reports (meeting minutes, parliamentary visits, monthly reports, study tours etc.) and other similar documents to update and track against M&E indicators
• Provides inputs, information and statistics for monthly, quarterly, annual and other reports and presentations to relevant stakeholder
• Prepares and manages all monitoring and evaluation activities, including surveys and assessments preparation, monitoring and documentation for internal reporting.
