Human Resource Assistant
Responsibilities: I am currently in charge of all the immigration processes for new joiners and current staff, I am overseeing the recruitment process and the day to day running of the HR department.
• Coordinating on-boarding for new joiners including the document process, mobilisation and complete immigration process.
• Organising induction for new employees and assisting the leavers.
• To coordinate and assist with immigration documents for staff RPs, family RPs and work visas.
• Set up Metrash2 for Doha College and train staff on the processes of it.
• Experience in providing the full cycle of recruitment for new openings, shortlisting and interviewing.

• Set up the corporate discount brochure for staff.
• Manage and update all employee personnel files, keeping the HRMS up to date.

SIMS Data Assistant
Responsibilities: SIMS Capita (School Information Management System) as a SIMS coordinator, my main duties were to administer key aspects of the SIMS database, including its production of staff and student timetables and to ensure an effective data, assessment and examinations provision to the whole school.
• To provide support and be a point of contact for SIMS operators.
• To plan and co-ordinate SIMS training for Teaching and Associate staff.
• To be involved in the planning of the induction of using SIMS to record data associated with the management of pupil behaviour, progress and attainment.
• Design and produce the whole school reports termly for the whole school.
• Produce mark sheets of all subjects for teachers to enter data in for results.
• To take part in the annual school cycle of performance management
Responsibilities: First Engage and SIMS software, as an administrator I worked on monitoring and evaluating data, producing reports for the school as well as supporting and training colleagues. Responsible in dealing with overseas staff with recruitment, training, employee benefits and dealing with the paperwork involved within the HR department
Responsible for maintaining financial, accounting, administrative and personnel services in order to meet legislative requirements and support municipal operations.
This includes:
• Accounts receivable and payable - Obtains revenue by verifying transaction information; computing charges and refunds; preparing and mailing invoices; identifying delinquent accounts and insufficient payments.
• Posting customer payments by recording cash, cheques, and credit card transaction.
• Using School software: SIMS, FMS and School Cash Office.
• Reconciliation of bank statements
• Maintain the purchase order system and processing invoices

Position: Finance officer/supervisor
This job involves me to go through the processes and systems used to manage the cash taken in the store and ensure its security. This includes making the floats for the tills, safe checks, cash lifts, dealing with customer problems and administrative duties. I also dealt with the accounts of the branch, monthly closing and daily banking.
I worked on the shop floor as a supervisor. This involves me to work on tills, tidy the store and restock products and help whenever I am needed. I have achieved many skills as I am working with customers as well as staff and managers.
Position: Retail assistant.
My main duties were
• Replenishment of shop.
• Organising and creating styles for a new shop styles.
• Helping new starters to learn about the shop standards.
• Set up of the store and stock room.
• Greeting and meeting guests. Contributing to the smooth running of the branch through maintaining excellent service and retail standards in order to maximise sales potentials.
Position: Archiving & Record Management Assistant
This job involved me to do administrative duties within an office environment. My main duties were archiving record validation, which varied from using databases and scanning data in to archiving units and identifying and approving the data. I was also in charge of the library duties which included tracking journals in Excel and sort or destroy library journal holdings in line with agreed guidelines.
This job required excellent interpersonal skills, with a sense of good manners and patience.
