Contracted to Unilever (Skin Cleansing Category, Global Team - Connecticut, Trumbull)
Maintaining & harmonizing packaging material specifications for all clusters of Unilever in different
systems.
Troubleshooting and development activity related to different Unilever systems.
Creation of standardized specification document as per Global Unilever Standards.
Responsible for data collection from Global Engineers to enable the subsequent creation of all
specifications.
Responsible for preparation of Packaging material specifications, GTPs, STPs, Guidelines and SOPs.
Guide Suppliers/Engineers about specification creation for the new development of Packaging products.
Continuously updating packaging material specifications and test methods as per business requirements
and new requirements.
Responsible to perform any other activity as directed by the Management.

Primarily responsible for conducting Quality Control tests on packaging materials.
Co-ordinate with the Institutional Sales team to achieve time bound targets on Quality & Quantity of
packaging material. Work, control and report progress of packaging development to ensure that delivery

On requirement from sales team, design, develop, and deliver packaging material for ready to be sold

Start to end co-ordination for new product developments. Responsible for developing packaging
material for existing and new products in order to ensure maximum durability, safety and handling ease

Prepare RFP for vendors, acquire and analyze the quotations from all vendors.
Post production conduct Quality Testing (Sampling method) by various tests - Drop test, Leakage test,
Compression test and other tests.
Post production documentation of Quality Testing reports for specifications on material.
Analyze and suggest specifications for cost effective POSM for Trade marketing purposes.
