Responsible for maintaining office extension lists and employee contact details readily available for quick reference and customer assistance.
Greet and welcome Guests. Ensure prompt facilitation and assistance.
Maintain and strengthen company’s corporate image through effective customer service.
Answer all incoming calls, redirect them or take messages.
Process and deliver inward and outward mail daily.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Keep updated records and files of all Log books.
Assist HR and General Affairs department in other activities, as and when required.
• Open / Monitor opening of accounts in accordance with guidelines provided by SBP Prudential Regulations.
• Ensure that KYC and AML guidelines are fulfilled before opening any account.
• Periodic Review of KYC
• Ensure all policies and procedures are in place while handling cheque books.
• Ensure timely dispatch of all customer statements on regular basis
• Maintain records for the department to furnish accurate MIS reports to Head Office and returns to SBP
• Maintain proper record of Account Opening Forms, Term Deposit Account Opening Forms and other relevant data enabling easy retrieval in future.
• Real time on the spot solutions to customer problems/complaints without compromising on Bank’s Internal Controls.
• Other tasks assigned by the management.
Corporate Member, Karachi Stock Exchange Help Desk, Customer Support
•Corresponds with clients in responding to their queries/ complaints and suggestions, via telephone, e-mails and letters
•Facilitates clients in maintaining their accounts
•Reports prospective clients to Sales team
•Assists clients for filling of Account Opening Forms.
•Receives request/ complaints from clients regarding Dividends, Share Certificates and Account Details.
•Communicates client's issues to Accounts, Sales and Settlement Department
•Corresponds with Accounts, Sales and Settlement Department in resolution of complaint
•Follow-up with all parties regarding status of complaint and conveys to client
•Maintains physical and virtual records of each case.
