•Creating the company’s HR Manual and Employee Handbook
•Reviewing and updating all HR policies, procedures and forms.
•Overseeing the recruitment function; including the manpower plan, sourcing and interviewing candidates.
•Designing and updating job descriptions for all positions across the company.
•Creating technical and non-technical interview protocols for all positions.
•Redesigning the grading and salary scale across the organization and analyzing salary surveys.
