* Structured & developed the Legal Department for the Rotana Audio Visual Group.
* Provide legal advice & guidance to the group Management & involved in all legal projects for the whole

Company is in compliance with all laws and guidelines related to its business.
* Handling Trademarks registration & follow up with 3rd party regarding registrations of the Company’s
trademarks & logos in different countries & follow up regarding any infringement.
Dubai (Dubai Media City)-UAE:
* Drafting, commenting on various kinds of agreements with local (private and public) and international
clients such as:
Media (Outdoor, TV, newspapers, Online), Sponsorship, Digital, Influencer, Data Protection,
Representation, Product Placement, Technology Service, IT, Confidentiality, Real Estate, Shareholders,
Share Sale, Subscription, Tender, MOU(s), Board Resolutions, AOA/MOA/ term sheets/due diligence.
* Advised on several matters & agreements related to start-up companies
* Legal research on various laws when needed / Performing thorough research in Data Protection
Laws/Follow up with external lawyers on all issues related to the Company including investments &
litigation and advise Management directly.
Drafting, reviewing and commenting on all kinds of agreements for all Alfardan Group of Companies
(Alfardan Hospitality, Alfardan Real Estate, Alfardan Automobiles, Alfardan Marines, Alfardan Exchange).
Agreements such as: Hospitality for Hotels (ex: Kempinski and St. Regis), Maintenance, Purchase and Lease,

Facility etc…).
* Legal advice on different issues related to civil & commercial law for Alfardan Group of Companies in Doha.
* Following up and coordinating with external counsels regarding various matters whether litigation issues
or others.
Working on corporate / commercial / employment / real estate / penal litigation cases (from drafting
pleading, doing thorough research), also attending hearing & follow up before the courts in Beirut
Lebanon.
* Working on drafting the memos & articles of association & minutes of meetings for different structures of
companies (partnership, offshore, limited liability & joint stock companies and registered them at the
company registrar in Beirut & commenting on different kinds of agreements.
