The program introduced the concept of good governance and the possibility of its application in the Arab world, and how to strengthen the relations between Europe and the Arab world, from the perspective of the transfer of successful experiences in those countries. The program also strengthened the leadership and management skills, and the formation of a new vision about the new challenges in the Middle East from an external perspective. In addition to the possible ways to improve the management of the country through the application of good governance. In addition to how to create and implement reforms in the Arab world in various sectors, such as social reform, political reform and economic reform, judicial reform, and public administration.
The program provides the public administration applications and its integration with technology to create an IT-Business environment, which works to strengthen and enhance skills in business management, strategic management and operations.
