• Write quantitative and qualitative reports to donors on the progress of INJAZ programs
• Reports uphold specifications as required by INJAZ, donor agreements, and rules for technical report writing
• Collect data from field officers and area and program managers and ensure it is accurate and complete
• Process, develop and analyze quantitative and qualitative data • Work under strict requirements and tight deadlines
• Responsible for writing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for over 14 different donor agreements
• Field work as needed to gather data on program progress, challenges and success stories
• Present data using a variety of visual aides

• Translate quantitative and qualitative field reports and success stories from Arabic to English
• Work closely with M&E to ensure reports meet INJAZ and donor requirements for quality assurance
-Coordinated the entire volunteer program including but not limited to: recruitment, processing forms, and storing information in accordance with company policies
-Matched clients with compatible volunteers
-Implemented improvements to the current volunteer management system as needed
-Taught over 20 Heartland Alliance participants in Adult Basic Education and placed them on a successful path to attaining their high school and college degrees
-Used various training and motivation methods to engage students by building confidence and learning habits
-Established excellent rapport with supervisors, coworkers, participants, and volunteers
-Utilized multi-lingual skills (Arabic, Spanish) on a daily basis
-Assisted program supervisor as needed
-Managed a youth employment program at our location in which I oversaw and directed 6 workers
-Taught junior high and high school Social Studies and History for five years
-Managed the yearly budget for the History Department and the Model United Nations programs to maximize all its needs within the budget guidelines
-Developed yearly projections and compared estimated budget with the actual expenses
-Allocated the given budget based on surpluses or deficits in order to maximize effectiveness
-Prioritized higher value educational programs in order to most benefit students
-Provided compassion and coaching for students and families during critical moments
-Planned, fundraised for, budgeted, and led 4 international trips with students to Turkey, Greece, and Spain in order to develop a better global understanding in a safe and responsible manner
-Negotiated between the requests of students and the realistic capabilities of the domestic and international travel agents given the set budget
