Assisting Q.A manager in implementation and during external audits of ISO 13485:2016, directive
93/42eec MDD & ISO 9001:2015.
• Searching data for literature search i.e. Clinical trials & vigilance data.
• Customer complaints handling, employee training, quality objective, work instructions, customer
feedback & conducting internal audit, compliance inspection; risk analysis, supplier evaluation,
process validations with Q.A manager.
• Work on technical documentations as per the compliance of MDD
Manage Interweb of Certification Body LL-C (Certification) Czech Republic to provide EU standards
of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 Quality Management System reports (Quality Manual, methodology,
plans and other related records), execution and utilization of the QMS documentations, Preparing
Proposals, Agreements, Invoices & other Documents Filling
• Proceed a list of Certificates on LL-C Database (Interweb), These Standards Includes ISO 9001,
13485, 14001 and 45001. Prepare documentations of QMS, EMS, ISMS and OH&S, Work on
Technical Documentations of MDR Class I i.e. lr, ls, lm etc.
To ensure day to day systems and routines are
properly defined so children and teachers can function effectively, To make sure everything is
properly managed and supported including securing the cooperation & support of parents, To
ensure all safeguarding concerns are identified and recorded in keeping with the school policy.
• Maintaining a portfolio of achievements and standards across the school, Maintaining an audit of
resources ensuring suitable equipment and materials are well stocked and easily accessible,
Carrying out audits and of teachers’ planning and generating reports and action plans as
necessary ( this would include book scrutiny/questionnaires/data), Delivering or facilitating
professional development meetings.
