• Follow up with contractor (MECC) for Progress Monitoring & Coordination with KOC plant operation for the smooth running of the project. Making sure that the works are being carrying out by the contractor according to the KOC specifications, codes & standards.
• Issuing different type of work permit to contractor as per KOC Permit to work procedure KOC.SA.004
• Monitoring contractor day to day site activities by regular site visits. Conduct site inspection as per approved ITP.
• Conduct progress meeting with contractor site representatives for project schedule and progress, alert contractor for potential delays and quality issues to avoid rework.
• Attend line walk through for the Piping/RTRP pipe line Hydro Test packages and list out not completed items prior to commencement of the test.
• Review of project engineering drawings and document packages.
• Attend Mechanical Construction Completion walk through and prepare the exceptional item list not completed by the contractor. Also, do the proper follow ups to close out of these EIL items.
• Comply with the KOC safety procedures and make Contractors also aware of the mandatory safety requirements at site.
• Follow up with SAPMT for EPC contractor job, Progress Monitoring & Coordination with Saudi Aramco plant operation for the smooth running of project.
• Monitor daily project progress and prepare the reports for BERRI, ABUSAFA & KARAN/HASBAH/ARABIYA offshore projects and do proper follow ups with OPD/Hook-ups team.
• E-review of project engineering drawings and document packages.
• Attend Testing, Pre Commissioning and start activities.
• Attend PMCC walk through and prepare the exceptional item list not completed by the contractor. Also, do the proper follow ups to close out of these EIL items.
1. Preparation of Technical comments log by evaluating Contract BID drawings & Documents.
2. Sub contract finalization with subcontractor mainly for Diesel & Gasoline Storage Tank- CBI, Loading & Unloading Module-ALDERLY,
3. Review plans, engineering drawings in accordance with general specifications, relevant codes & standards Conversant with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES) & Procedures. Preparation of PIPING MTO(A/G & U/G) based on the IFC drawings-Material requisition-Technical Evaluation of offers-Preparing Technical Appraisal-Submittal to ARAMCO for getting the Approval
4. Coordination with Planning, Engineering, Procurement and Construction departments for the successful implementation of projects.
5. Execute the overall piping & mechanical construction activities at site, making sure that the works are being carried out by the contractors according to the specifications, codes & standards and preparing the daily, weekly & monthly report. Experience in Hydro Static Test of Above ground/Underground pipes(CS, SS, RTR) & Manual Valves. Have knowledge of API 650 (storage tanks), API 653 (inspection & repair of storage tanks). Installation of fire/foam water system-Foam Skid & commissioning of sprinkling unit supplied by REDA.
6. Preparation of different types of work permits for the mechanical activities, attend the Permit to Work training classes, identify and control the hazards, site visit with client, preparation for site audit etc.
7. Preparation and submittal of As-built drawings for any changes made at site.
8. Tie-In works with existing storage tanks/pipe lines via cold cutting.
9. Submitting Construction Method Statements, Installation Sequence and Execution Plans for client approval, prior to start any activity.
10. Preparation of engineering package for modification jobs related to equipment, piping & Structural.
11. Review specifications concerning piping, valves, fittings & mechanical works. Issue the piping MTO according to the approved drawings & specs
Experience in technical evaluations of Piping Vendor quotations & preparing Technical Appraisal.
12. Preparing technical specifications and recommendations, review of vendor drawings and documents and co-ordination with concerned departments.
13. Preparation of Technical submittal to Aramco for approval.
14. Coordinating with Saudi Aramco Project Engineer & SAPMT for Technical submittal approval.
15. Review of QA/QC requirements for Mechanical Piping & equipments in reference with SAES & SAMSS.
16. Preparation of two week look-ahead schedule for inspection activities.

18. Ensuring safe execution of jobs and updating of records and documents to comply with ISRS (International Safety Rating System).
Worked as Site Engineer (Mechanical) in LARSEN & TOUBRO ECC DIVISION, a leading Engineering Construction & Contract company in India From JUNE-2005 To JAN-2008.

Steel Melting Shop Project for Bhushan Steel & Ltd Angul, Orissa.
Period :-Sep-2007 to JAN-2008.
Responsibilities :-
Errection of EOT cranes.
Coordination with civil works for Equipment foundations mainly in CONARC FURNACE, SLAB CASTER & HOT STRIP MILL.

Period:-March-2006 to Aug-2007.
Responsibilities: - Errection of structure & equipments for
conveveying system of coal handling plant.
Singly handled the equipment errection of CRUSHER HOUSE
Mainly includes equipments like Inline Magnetic separators, Rod
Gates, Rack & pinion gates, Roller screens, Crushers,
RBF Conveyors, Flap gates & Chutes. Involved in errection of
stacker/Reclaimer.
Errection & Alignment of Stacker/Reclaimer rail.

• Project:
Operation & Maintenance of Coal handling plant for International Sea Port Haldia ltd.(ISPHL HALDIA) West Bengal.

Responsibilities: - Planning & Execution of Preventive, Shut down
& Break down maintenance of the plant.
Equipments are Ship unloaders, Stacker/Reclaimer, Wagon loaders & Conveyors.
• Erection & Commissioning, Servicing of Industrial water treatment plants, which includes FILTERS, SOFTNERS, DE-MINERALISING, & REVERS OSMOSIS PLANTS.
