Performing key role in a Solar Power Project, being a project incharge looking after Plant design, erection & commissioning, O&M, Costing, Contractor deputation etc.
❖ Worked in Saumya Quantum Mining Inc. (JV) Mumbai as a Project Manager From Apr 2011 to Mar 2012.
Responsibility
Worked as a Project Manager at Mumbai. Taken all the responsibilities of the site oriented operations like Erection Commissioning, Liaising, Negotiate and deputing contractors and staff for the particular job (like O&M, Mining, HR etc) . And perform other necessary jobs like Costing of the Project, Purchasing, and Mining activities of Lime Stone Quarry, to guide Marketing and Sales team.
And also provided my service as an engineer and guide O & M team to operate a Sandvik's Two Hundred TPH Crusher successfully.
Achievement
Shifting the entire Plant from Raipur to Mumbai and Setting up a Project worth 11 Crs at Mumbai and now it is running successfully.
Also By studding the market demand of Mumbai, proposed to invest of about 50 Crs. to the company in trading and production of Crushed Stones and one of the Project is in Pipe Line and already trading business started.
Being a Project Incharge, will responsible for all site oriented activities like: Site selection, Costing, Erection and Commissioning, Procurement, Deputing Contractors ect.
❖ Worked in Saumya Mining Ltd., Raipur (C.G.) as a Plant Incharge From May 2009 to Mar 2011.
Responsibility
Worked as a Plant Engineer cum Incharge in Saumya Minning Ltd., Raipur (C.G.) and taken care of operating & maintaining of a Two Hundred TPH Crusher. Leading a group of twenty workers and managing and planning for the maximum possible production.
Achievement
Cutting the Plant Operation Cost up to 20 %, by taking over the whole plant operation departmentally and also by lowering the diesel consumption by increasing the working efficiency and adopting the pre planed production system.
And successfully operated the plant for a year, with production of 3.8 Lac Ton of Metals in a year.
