relevant procedures.
• Controlling PPIC (Pre‐production planning & inventory control), manufacturing process,
safety & environmental aspects.
• Creation, monitoring and implementation of production scheduling as per business plan,
for Man, Material, & Resources
• Adaptation of new technology, Execution of Production and scale‐up activities.
• Optimal utilization of re‐sources by incorporating best practices & investigate
elimination/minimize rejects and wastages for energy conservation.
• Identification of Bottlenecks & effectively utilizes the company resources
• Performing Annual Product Quality Review & review of other critical doc
• Handling successfully, High Profile vendor audits, regulatory inspections, customer queries
& complaints.
• Record and improvise KPIS through control of your team of supervisors, operators and
helpers
• Analysis of Training needs & evaluation of Training matrix
• Ensures compliance with current legislation in handling and disposal of waste materials
• Implements programs to meet the goals of waste reduction and recycling targets
• Oversee waste transportation and formulates budget for waste disposal.
