Responsible for maximum utilization of the manpower and machinery for the achievement of production plan as per sales/operation's production forecast and thus to get the optimum output with minimum downtime/wastage.
•Coordinate with maintenance team for the preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns and to ensure smooth functioning of the plant by adopting diligent periodic maintenance plans to avoid losses.
•Organize and maintain adequate stock levels of raw material and consumable items to meet the planned production volume.
•Prepare and give the daily production plan to the production supervisor a day in advance.
•Monitor the proceedings of production at the batching plants to overcome product nonconformity, and reduce wastages.
•Ensure that customers and consultants requirements are fully met and customer complaints are handled effectively either independently or whenever required in coordination with other department heads so that customer satisfaction is maintained.
•Ensure that all production activities and facilities meet both international and company standards and external regulatory requirements for Health, Safety & Environment in order to ensure that company's obligations and policies in these areas are fully complied with.
•Coordinate with upper management, administration, sales, workshop, technical and QHSE departments to provide integration of all departmental activities for effective operations.
•Train the production staff for continual improvement, industrial safety, and discipline to ensure they become efficient team members for the value addition.
Supervises employees engaged in verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments and in preparing items for shipment.
•Supervises the arrangement of the distribution of ready mixed concrete to the sites and in maintaining records of production activities, with strong emphasis on product integrity, quality and customer satisfactions.
•Plan the sequence of production orders (customers), dispatch system and monitors the status of production accordingly the availability of transit mixers & mobile pumps.
•Responsible to inform the material supervisor in lumpy demands trend to ordering of raw materials &Coordinate the maintenance program to maximize plant efficiency.
•Monitor the proceedings of production at the batching plants to overcome product nonconformity, using computer-based batching plants & fully computerized dispatching ERP system (SIMMA German software with GPS) for tracking of transit mixers & mobile pumps.
•Managing with all batching plants and coordinating between all departments i.e. Sales, IT, Workshop, Q/C Laboratory, Pump department & their Heads, site supervisors and as well as contractors with to optimize production with minimum disturbances.
•Supervise & monitor the day to day operation of the plant.
•Managed operational ready-mix concrete plants with a capacity of 120m3 production per hour.

Maintained 99% accuracy rating in rejections, diversions & excess quantities of Ready Mix Concrete through ERP system (SIMMA) with an increase of 8% in 2011.
• Achieved a Customer Service Satisfaction level in terms of coordination, communication & distribution in 2010.
• Selection as a core team member in implementing ERP (SIMMA) system 2010.
•Handling ready Cash customers as per there requirements & introduced new cash customers to the company and earned 1, 80, 000 in two months.
•Giving training to the plant operators for reducing the break downs & utilizes the plants maximum capacity.
•Managed to achieve company’s objectives and targets positively with very minimum resources from our Abu Dhabi individual batching plant.
