● Liaise with IT team & Business Heads to implement MS Dynamics 365 across various companies; ensuring timely closing of books of accounts & preparation of financial statements
● Liaise with external auditors (Partners/Directors) & resolve their queries efficiently & satisfactorily to ensure timely completion of audits
● Responsible for consolidation of financials of the companies & prepare monthly MIS Reports for submission to Chairman with analysis of financial performance
● Played a key role in the successful merger of the facility management & cleaning company
● Instrumental in the corporate sale of a limousine company after preparing the valuation using DCF

● In charge of the Project Control of six Projects (including the iconic Paramount Towers) worth AED 3 Billion in Dubai in terms of:
a. Project Planning: interact with the planners to ensure project progresses as per master program
b. Budget Control: interact with the QS to ensure that the costs conform to Budget/BOQ with minimum variance & variations
c. Design: interact with the ID managers to ensure that the design is highly efficient in term of - GFA utilization, design efficiency, parking lots, etc.
d. Procurement: interact with the procurement team to ensure that procurement is as per schedule
e. Commercial: interact with the Commercial Team to ensure that contracts are awarded cost efficiently (including Value Engineering) and as per schedule to ensure efficient project progress
f. Consultancy: regularly have meetings with Consultants to update on project progress
g. Payments: interact with payables team to ensure that payments are done on time for project progress
● Prepared de-risking financial model based on collection & sales scenarios
● Prepared the projected cash flow, balance sheet & income statement in line with IFRS & liaised with the financial services firm involved in making financial valuations for IPO
● Responsible for consolidation of financials & projects status at group level, and prepare monthly MIS Reports for submission to Chairman with analysis of financial & project performance
● Prepared the monthly cash flow, income statement, sales forecast, collection plan, overheads & construction cost control using trend analysis, scenario building & financial modeling
● Prepared Financial Model of lease vs. sell, build vs. hold, etc. for all the group projects & presented recommendation to the Chairman which was accepted & implemented
● Processed payments certificates for the Projects & kept track of funds in the various Escrow Accounts
● Monitor contractor’s performance bonds & bank guarantees & report on actions to be taken
● Prepared the projected cash flow, balance sheet & income statement of a DAMAC group entity & liaised with the financial services firm involved in making financial valuations for IPO

● Participated in the monthly MIS meetings with the General Managers, Team Heads & Finance Heads of more than 20 teams of the Group spread across the GCC to discuss strategies like increasing Market Share, manpower planning, new market entry, new product development, etc.
● Successfully restructured some divisions, converting them from loss making to profit making
● Involved in putting a structure and business process & policy in place (e.g. CRM, HR policies, KPI, etc)
● Involved in strategizing the exhibition visits & participation for better conversions & results
● Monitored the performance (review of annual plan) of Centralized functions - IT, E-Commerce, Corporate Communications, Legal, HR, Logistics & Contact Centre Teams
● Closely monitored and analyzed the Financial MIS reports on a monthly basis of more than 20 teams of the Group spread across the GCC in terms of Net Profit (NP), Gross Profit (GP), Margins, Risk Management and reporting the variance to the Chairman and Top Management
● Prepared any Financial Reports, accurately and timely, as per the requirement of the Top Management
● Managed the working capital, inventory, debtors & expenses of divisions along with the Finance Managers
● Prepared the Annual Budget 2011 & 2012 (full budget spreadsheets & presentations) with appropriate budget comments & simulation for scenarios for the divisions while making sure that the goals of the Top Management and the Business are well aligned
● P&L: Continuously pushed the Teams to achieve Annual Profitability Targets (80% - 100% of Target)
● Customer Classification: Classified customers as A, B or C depending on potential & credit history
● Customer Coverage: Created Permanent Journey Plan, & ensured that customers are visited by salesman as per plan and business are generated from them
● Customer Conversion: Involved in ensuring that regular business is generated from customers and any loss of quotes/orders are properly logged in for addressing the cause of loss
● Market Research: Increased customer base of Company by around 10% through Market Research
