• Recruit, train, recommend performance evalua ons, resolve
problems & provide open communica on.
• Prepare, implement and compile data for the strategic sales
plan, monthly reports, annual goals, sales budget, forecasts and
other reports as directed/required by the Management.
• Responsible for evalua ng the sales team performance and
assigning target by monitoring monthly basis.
• Responsible for contrac ng with DMC/ wholesalers &
corporate.
• Responsible for preparing budget, forecast and monthly
projec on in coordina on with Revenue Manager.
