Responsibilities Project Engineer
•Preparation/implementation of project guidelines (changes, recording and forecasts for costs/MH)
•Preparation of project-related project execution procedure for time, progress & man-hour/costs controlling in consultation with Project manager’s
•Analysis of the initial contract estimate.
•Preparation and analysis of the proposal schedule.
•Set-up of the project structure & coordination between various disciplines.
•Preparation/implementation of project guidelines (changes, recording and forecasts for costs/MHs).
•Support in the preparation of the cash flow plan & scope change management.
•Cash-flow planning, deviation analysis, capacity and resource planning as well as project reporting.
•Preparation -on the basis of the proposal time schedule- a detailed network diagram for project execution covering all phases of a project (engineering / procurement / construction / commissioning). Ensuring all activities/MH including those from the customer and/or partners are presented in a network diagram and that the critical path is clearly depicted
•Monitoring of engineering MH & assistance to corporate controlling.
•Expediting work for critical equipments for SRU IOCL, Haldia project

Project Jamnagar Export Refinery Project- EPC
• Monitoring of Engineering & construction works under Marine Department, including Trestle fabrication, testing, Pile cap modification, Trestle launching, piping works on trestle, material coordination, marine erection of trestle, onshore piping works till zero point to LFP, Fire proof painting works on jetty trestle, Jetty modification works, Insulation works of LPG lines etc.
• Three new SPMs namely SPM 3, SPM 4 and SPM 5 and the associated following submarine pipelines have been planned to be installed as part of JERP project under this contract.
• 2 x 48” diameter pipelines to import crude via SPM 3
• 2 x 30” diameter product pipelines to export via SPM 4
• 2 x 30” diameter product pipelines to export via SPM 5
• 2 Nos Cryogenic Chiller plant
• One 24” LSWR line, one 24”diesel line & one18” Alkalyte line each 11 KM.
• 7 lines from 6” potable water to 30 “Diesel lines through New trestles.
• 2 Nos 1.6 m dia Sea Water system
